Job Profile:

- This Position is part of the Fixed Income PMS team

- Credit research across sectors (though predominantly the BFSI sector), for the potential Credit exposures in different Debt PMS strategies

- Extensive and detailed Credit research which will include evaluation of Management quality, business diversification, geographical diversification, financial parameters analysis, liability profile etc

- Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure of the business

- Identifying potential upgrade/downgrade candidates, interacting with Rating agencies or the corporates and market intermediaries whenever required/possible

- Making written and oral presentations to internal IC committee

- Taking responsibility for the credit universe, ensuring timely reviews and recommending portfolio actions as required.

- Developing an internal Model which can be a quantitative output based on all the inputs which can be used as a MIS for portfolio overall quality / trigger point for portfolio actions

- Back up Fixed Income dealer.
