Private markets

Access to private companies before they list

Our investment bankers see companies long before they reach the market. We bring a selected few to our clients, from Series A to pre-IPO.

  1. 01

    Sourcing

Many of these deals come from our own banking work and are offered only to our clients.

  2. 02

    Diligence

We review each company the way we would for a transaction: the business, the founders, the valuation and the terms.

  3. 03

    Support until exit

We stay with each investment until the exit and keep you informed at every stage.

Accreditation can lower the amount you need to invest

We look for alpha in equity private placements. Accredited investors can invest in angel funds and may be offered PMS and AIFs below the standard minimums. Check in five minutes whether you may qualify.
