Merisis Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. is a SEBI Registered Portfolio Manager (INP000006846) engaged in providing discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services to clients.

Rights of Investors

• Receive a signed copy of the client-Portfolio Manager agreement
• Receive a copy of the Disclosure Document before opening the account
• Transparency in portfolio management including disclosure of all fees and charges
• Access to portfolio statements and transaction records
• Timely and accurate reporting as per the agreed frequency
• Right to terminate the agreement as per the terms specified therein
• Redressal of grievances within stipulated timelines

Obligations of Investors

• Complete KYC documentation as required
• Provide accurate and complete information to the Portfolio Manager
• Keep the Portfolio Manager updated on changes to personal details
• Review portfolio statements periodically
• Raise grievances through the formal mechanism

Dos for Investors

• Ensure you have a clear understanding of the investment objective and strategy before investing
• Read the Disclosure Document carefully
• Check the SEBI registration certificate and registration number of the Portfolio Manager
• Keep a copy of all documents including the signed agreement

Don'ts for Investors

• Pay any fees or charges not mentioned in the agreement or Disclosure Document
• Invest based on assured returns or guaranteed performance claims
• Share your demat or bank account credentials with anyone

For grievances, please write to: grievance@merisiswealth.com. If not resolved within 21 calendar days, escalate to SEBI through SCORES.
